Sophisticated but grounded - that’s our kitchen. Fresh and local food is of the utmost importance to us. The menu stands out thanks to the carefully selected and creatively arranged signature dishes.
The wine experts from Wegelin Wines worked really hard to create a Crémant for the AlpArosa. And our guests are the only ones allowed to enjoy it.
They only use local and handpicked fruits for their drinks: Appenzeller Edelbrand. In collaboration with our team they have now designed an especially tasty Gin that’ll only be served here.
Gnuss-Puur Confiserie Arosa
The recipe is a secret, but we don’t want to keep the taste from you: We got together with the local Confiserie Gnuss-Puur to create delicious Nussgipfelis. Incidentally, they taste the best when enjoyed freshly out of the oven and on our terrace.
The cheese masters of the local alpine dairy Andeer know exactly what they’re doing. For their premium cheese they’ll only use organic milk that’s produced by the local farmers. That’s how they guarantee an unique taste for every cheese loaf.
The Swiss tea maker Sirocco has already been in business for over 100 years. Just like back then, nowadays they count on high quality resources and combine tradition with modernity.
