ABOUT ALPAROSA
Our restaurant AlpArosa is bringing the so-called ‘Hintere Hütte’ in the middle of the ski resort back to life. The former barns belonging to the civic community of Chur haven’t been used for anything in a while. That’s why these landmarked cottages were supposed to be demolished. But the AlpArosa AG saved them from this fate. Their renovation work transformed the barns into a small mountain restaurant. But since they made sure to keep the external changes at a minimum, the cottages’ historic charm is still intact. The restaurant is run by our catering business 1Xanders GmbH.
